Great for meditation, not the best for yoga.
Very comfortable sweatpants. I usually wear have other pants to yoga, but I forgot I had to change because they were so comfortable. Regardless I went into full tortas pose, and thankfully no one was behind me, because more of my back was revealed than I care to show in class. But again very comfortable!

Size not accurate
I am 5’7” 165 and a medium is way too small. Returns are difficult. Love the actual product if it fit or could be easily exchanged.
